Health and Social Care Northern Ireland (HSCNI) is in the process of developing a new HSC wide Digital Strategy that will shape what and how they deliver for the people of Northern Ireland up until 2030.
We want to hear from people living in Northern Ireland who use digital devices to manage their health and care needs (e.g. through a laptop/computer or personal mobile device to get information about services, manage prescriptions, attend virtual appointments or consultations).
The survey findings will help HSCNI to create digital solutions and tools that meet your needs and provide the best routes for you to manage your personal health and wellbeing. The aim is to deliver services that are user friendly and fit-for-purpose – we need your input to help shape that.
On conclusion of this survey, the findings will be reviewed and included in the DHCNI strategy – the results will be published on the Health and Social Care Board’s website.
Please feel free to share the link to this survey with anyone you feel would be interested.
Survey closes at midnight on Tuesday 2 November 2021.
