Transforming medication safety in Northern Ireland (TMSNI) – Aligning our medication safety priorities to the World Health Organisation Third Global Patient Safety Challenge ‘Medication without Harm’.

A key commitment of the TMSNI Strategy is to encourage networks that enable people to learn and work together to improve medication safety across the health and Social care system, building upon existing communication platforms and structures.
